When you are on holiday the most happy times can be simply sitting together at the seaside, before everyone else clambers onto the beach. You’re own personal paradise. Watching the world go by while sitting on the deckchairs, toes in the warm sand with jolly beach huts welcoming you.

One painting is 12 inches by 9 inches and the smaller painting is 7 inches by 5 inches. I particularly enjoyed painting the shadows on this watercolour, it gives that feeling of a powerful hot day without making the other colours too starched.
