While away this year we had a few days of showers. My reddish brown leather walking boots are very loved and finally started leaking water from the side soles making my socks and feet soaking wet. Wandering around the shops I saw some lovely ankle boot rainbow wellies made by evercreatures.co.uk but they didn’t have my size. Being six foot tall my feet are like flippers so my shoe size is in the minority, so I searched online and bought directly from their website instead. With soggy socks I curled up with a cuppa and painted this picture, looking forward to the next few days when the wellie boots arrived. I don’t know if it is an artwork that anyone would want on there walls but non the less I will stick it in my online shop. A painting that goes towards the artist getting a dry pair of boots!
